As a consumer you can withdraw from an order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. If the service has already started, you pay only for the days it ran; we refund the rest within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Business customers can cancel a service in the client area.
